The Provo City Library at Academy Square is the perfect place to hold events like weddings, anniversaries and other important occasions.  They have a beautiful ballroom that is big enough to fit more than three hundred people, with high ceilings and high windows that are covered with white curtains.  Almost everything is white, from the walls to the ceilings.  Although they have limitations on how to decorate the place, at least they provide the chairs, tables as well as use of the kitchen and an extra room which they include in the rental fee.    There is an elevator which makes it easier for caterers to carry the food upstairs to the ballroom.  The best caterer in the area is Magleby’s.  They provide the best catering food in town that will surely delight everybody’s palette.
