Ali & Shane had their wedding at the beautiful Highland Gardens in Highland Utah. When planning their wedding, Ali wanted to have a classy and elegant atmosphere for her guests. We put together an hors d’oeuvre bar that consisted of our crab and avocado dip, marinated mint cantaloupe with blueberries, and cranberry port meatballs. Along with the buffet, we also passed hors d’oeuvres with roasted red bell pepper spread over toasted crostini. And of course you can’t forget the Magleby’s chocolate cake and twice-baked cheesecake! On top of that, we also put together a gourmet hot coco bar. As you can see, it turned out perfectly. It could not have been a more perfect day.
