Hailey and Weston’s wedding was something out of a fall fairy tale. The day started off with their sealing in the Payson Temple, followed by a beautiful ceremony held at River Bottoms Ranch in Midway – which is also where their dinner and reception took place. Hailey and Weston picked a perfect menu: Proscuitto and Gournay Stuffed Chicken, Tenderloin Medallions, Roasted Sweet Pototaes, and Brussel Sprouts sauteed with bacon and cranberries; however, our favorite was the Butternut Squash Soup course served before dinner. So many delicious fall flavors were incorporated into this lovely dinner, and it didn’t stop there! The reception continued with fall favorites like Hot Chocolate, Flamed Donuts, and the most classic fall treat of all – Caramel Apples. We loved working with FUSE Weddings and Events on this gorgeous wedding, and Pepper Nix Photography did the perfect job capturing every detail. This wedding was the perfect combination of elegance and fun and we loved being a part of it!
